Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay—no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Because we source our beauty innovations from specialized warehouses to ensure the best quality and price, our standard shipping time is:

  • United States: 7 to 14 Business Days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we make every effort to deliver your order within this timeframe, factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (like holidays) may impact delivery.

Order Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation emailcontaining your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
  • You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PielVera is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please email us at support@pielvera.com immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order), and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PielVera is not liable for packages stated as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
