Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

At PielVera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty tool, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@pielvera.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
  • Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pielvera.com.

6. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pielvera.com with photos of the defect immediately after receiving your order.
